Barcelona The Winner Spanish Supercopa, Barcelona 3-2 Real Madrid (Agg. 5-4): Lionel Messi brace settles bad-tempered Supercopa clash.

The Argentine popped up in the closing stages to settle what was an enthralling encounter, but things turned nasty in the final moments of an absorbing evening.

Barcelona have triumphed over Real Madrid in the Spanish Supercopa courtesy of a thrilling 3-2 win at Camp Nou this evening, to secure a 5-4 aggregate victory over their bitter rivals.

In a match that mirrored Sunday's first-leg in terms of drama and goalmouth incident, Andres Iniesta and Lionel Messi had overcome Cristiano Ronaldo's goal to have the Catalans leading at the interval. Karim Benzema equalised in the closing stages, but Messi added a second, his side's third, to secure yet another trophy for the Pep Guardiola era. Marcelo's late red left a bitter taste in the mouth, however, as players clashed in the dying moments.

Guardiola opted for the same starting line-up that defeated Manchester United in the Champions League final in May, with new signings Alexis Sanchez, and most notably Cesc Fabregas, on the bench. For Madrid, their one change from Sunday evening was Fabio Coentrao's inclusion at left-back, with Marcelo omitted.

The match at the Santiago Bernabeu, which finished 2-2, had been a thrilling affair, and this encounter commenced in a similar vein, with Ronaldo warming the gloves of Victor Valdes in the opening seconds.

However, it was Barcelona who found the advantage on 14 minutes, courtesy of a sumptuous goal from Andres Iniesta. Messi delayed his through pass perfectly, and Iniesta timed his run, before noncholantly scooping the ball over Iker Casillas and into the net.

But their lead was short-lived, as Madrid equalised just six minutes later. From a deep corner, Karim Benzema's bouncing volley was deflected into the net from close range by Cristiano Ronaldo, who sent a hopeful glance in the direction of the assistant referee before celebrating.

Both sides then exchanged chances, as midnight approached in the Catalan city. Pedro produced a superb curling short that Casillas did wonderfully well to palm to safety, then Ronaldo's piledriver was pushed onto the crossbar from Valdes, the effort proving too hot for the shot-stopper to handle.

But Messi, just as he had did on Sunday, struck on the stroke of half-time to send his side in 2-1 up. Latching onto a backheel from Gerard Pique, he held off Ronaldo and flicked his shot into Casillas' far corner.

After the break, the match lost some of its intensity, and the aggression was ramped up, particularly as the visitors attempted to fight back into the contest. Messi and Busquets both came close for the home side, but as they looked close to seeing out the match, they were able to draw the match, and indeed the tie, level.

On 80 minutes, a corner from the left prompted a scramble inside the six-yard box; Pepe rose highest, powered a ball across the six yard area, and Benzema controlled, swivelled, and slotted the ball out of the reach of Valdes.

Extra-time beckoned. In a bizarre moment, Madrid celebrated the equaliser, but Barca fans embraced the first appearance of Fabregas, who was introduced into the fray.

But Barcelona were not to be denied. With just three minutes remaining, and both sides fighting for a winning goal, the indefatigable Messi collected the ball, played out wide and continued his run to meet Adriano's cross with a sublime volley into the corner to spark rapturous scenes in the stadium.

After such an exciting tie, however, the fixture exploded in injury time. Marcelo wrapped his legs around Fabregas in a wild lunge, to be granted a straight red from the referee. All 22 players descended on the incident, and the officials fought to regain control amidst a flurry of confusion.

Once the dust settled, Barcelona could finally collect their title deep into the night, to conclude what was a quite astonishing Clasico encounter.

Spanish Super Cup Preview: Barcelona - Real Madrid

Diposkan oleh Breaking News on Wednesday, August 17, 2011

Following a dramatic 2-2 draw in the first leg, Goal.com previews Wednesday night’s decisive second as La Liga's greatest rivals prepare to do battle at Camp Nou.

PROBABLE LINE-UPS
Barcelona (4-1-2-3)
Valdes; Dani Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Abidal; Fabregas; Xavi, Iniesta; Sanchez, Messi, Villa

Real Madrid (4-2-3-1)
Casillas; Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Carvalho, Marcelo; Alonso, Khedira; Coentrao, Ozil, Ronaldo; Benzema

Barcelona have no fresh injuries worries following the 2-2 draw at the Bernabeu but the Blaugrana are expected to field a makeshift defence as they did in the first leg.

Gerard Pique is likely to start at Camp Nou after making an appearance from the substitute’s bench in the first leg following his recovery from a tear to his hamstring. With Eric Abidal unable to cope with Karim Benzema’s trickery on Sunday, it is likely Javier Mascherano will partner Pique with the Frenchman being pushed to the left, replacing the Brazilian Adriano.

Club captain Carles Puyol has yet to prove his fitness following a knee operation during the summer but will hope to do so ahead of La Liga's first set of fixtures.

Barcelona confirmed the signing of Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas on Monday and Pep Guardiola has suggested that the midfielder could make his debut against Real Madrid.

Jose Mourinho may opt to field the same starting XI as he did on Sunday following an impressive performance from his side. The 11 in question were the same players that were destroyed 5-0 in El Clasico last season but it was a stark improvement for los Blancos.

Fabio Coentrao could be preferred to Angel di Maria, who struggled to impact the game at the Bernabeu, as Madrid hope to stem any early Barcelona pressure at Camp Nou.

The first Clasico of the season is nigh, and Goal.com takes a look at what can be expected ahead of Sunday's showdown between the Liga giants.

Real Madrid (4-2-3-1)
Casillas; Arbeloa, Pepe, Carvalho, Marcelo; Alonso, Khedira; Ozil, Di Maria, Ronaldo; Benzema

Barcelona (4-1-2-3)
Valdes; Dani Alves, Pique, Puyol, Abidal; Mascherano; Xavi, Iniesta; Pedro, Messi, Villa

Jose Mourinho is expected to field his strongest available XI on Sunday in the first leg of the Supercopa Final with Madrid missing a trio players due to injury. Sergio Ramos, Esteban Granero and summer signing Nuri Sahin are those set to miss out for los Blancos.

Ten Madrid players were on international duty during the week, with Xabi Alonso, Alvaro Arbeloa, Iker Casilla and Raul Albiol returning to training on Saturday following Spain's 2-1 defeat to Italy.

Barcelona may have to face to Real Madrid without several key players following knocks to Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets and Xavi whilst on international duty for Spain. Xavi trained with the first team on Friday and is expected to recover in time for Sunday whilst Pique and Sergio will both face fitness test on Saturday to determine if they can play.

Pep Guardiola is expected to name a strong outfit but new signing Alexis Sanchez is likely to start on the bench for the current La Liga champions.

Preview : Manchester Unitd vs Manchester City

Diposkan oleh Breaking News on Sunday, August 7, 2011

The Manchester derby is once again headed to Wembley Stadium - this time in the FA Community Shield, which is played between the English Premier League champion and the FA Cup winners. In their two league matches last season, Manchester United got the best of their "noisy neighbors" as they earned a draw at the Eastlands in a 0-0 stalemate while Wayne Rooney's famous overhead kick proved to be the winner in a 2-1 victory at Old Trafford. However, Manchester City got some vengeance in a FA Cup semi-final tie at Wembley with a 1-0 victory - this propelled them to their first trophy in 35 years after City defeated Stoke City in the final. While United have participated in 14 of the last 19 Community Shield matches, they have only met City once in this competition - a 1956 tie that United won 1-0. This fixture is typically a glorified pre-season match but both sides may potentially see this particular encounter as something more - especially when each considers who their opponent is and the context of City's ambition.

In preparation for the upcoming season, United embarked to the United States for a pre-season tour. While across the pond, the Reds played four matches against Major League Soccer (MLS) competition and outscored their counterparts 18-2. The grand finale of the tour was an exhibition versus FC Barcelona in Washington D.C. where United earned a small measure of revenge against the Catalan side with a 2-1 victory, whom they had just lost to in the UEFA Champions League final in May.

While United certainly looked the part as favorites to repeat as Premier League champions during their tour through the U.S., perhaps the most important part of their adventure was the acclimation of newcomers David de Gea, Ashley Young, and Phil Jones. de Gea, the presumed new No 1 after a £18.9 million transfer fee during the summer, joined the tour in Seattle after helping Spain's U-21 side win the European Championship in July. Young, the former Aston Villa attacker and current rising England international, looked electric at times during his stints on the left flank. Jones, the 19-year-old defender, showed his versatility and promise while featuring both at center-back and right-back.

In addition, United have mostly gone through the pre-season unscathed. The one major exception to this is the concussion that Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez suffered while training in New Jersey. It is being speculated that the Mexican striker will miss the early portion of the Premier League season. In less serious news, it has been reported that both Michael Carrick and Rafael have both received minor knocks, however, the latter participated last night in Paul Scholes' testimonial match at Old Trafford. Darren Fletcher and Antonio Valencia both stayed back in Manchester during the tour to recover from illness and injury, respectively. Manager Sir Alex Ferguson has indicated each should be available at season's beginning.

While United's preparation for the season can generally be described as having gone smoothly thus far, the same probably cannot be said for their neighbors.

Quite simply, this has to do with their talisman and Manchester-hating captain Carlos Tevez showing himself to be selfish - the reports that he had to be threatened with fines in order to show up for their FA Cup winning parade during the Spring is incredibly telling of his situation at City. While he has been linked with a move to Corinthians or for a loan spell to Inter, the Argentine striker is still a City squad member. The mercurial, but immensely talented striker will miss the Community Shield match as he is still on leave after his Copa American duty for Argentina.

There certainly is a positive side though for City in regards to their summer - mainly in the £38 million acquisition of Sergio 'Kun' Aguero. The Argentine attacker is arguably world-class and he may prove to the be signing of the summer transfer window. If Tevez does depart City, Aguero could show himself to be more than suitable as a replacement. If the Tevez saga continues at Eastlands, Aguero theoretically could play in the hole right behind Tevez in attack. In addition, City have brought in Gael Clichy from Arsenal FC and the promising Stefan Savic from Partizan Belgrade over the summer.

Despite the high-profile nature of this match, it is still a friendly. Therefore, attempting to project lineups may prove to be a futile exercise. However, I will have a go at it because the discussion of it can still provide a useful preview of the tie.

A few weeks back, while still on tour in the U.S. Fergie indicated that de Gea would be his man in between the posts at Wembley. In recent days, and despite playing in last night's testimonial for Scholes, the manager ruled out Rafael while citing a knock. Thus, this likely means his twin brother Fabio starting at right-back with the possibility of either Jones or Chris Smalling deputising as well. At the left-back, it is likely that the durable Patrice Evra gets the nod but Fabio or Jonny Evans could feature as well. At center-back, captain Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand are clear first-choice but the youngster Smalling is a strong possibility to deputise for Ferdinand. If United play with a two-man central midfield, Anderson and Tom Cleverley may get the nod in the center of the park with Carrick ruled out and also with possible limitation of minutes for the 37-year-old Ryan Giggs. On the flanks, Park Ji-sung is possible on the left after not featuring versus FC Barcelona and also in last night's testimonial. Nani appears most likely on the right flank but Fergie may seek to get Valencia some playing time as well prior to the season's start.

Rooney is almost certainly to start - either in the attack line if Fergie uses a three-man central midfield or playing withdrawn and between the lines in attack if United play 4-4-1-1. Michael Owen or Dimitar Berbatov is the likely choice at striker. If United do play with three in the center, an interesting possibility is Jones at the base of the midfield - a role he played 18 times last season for Blackburn Rovers.
For City, their No 1 Joe Hart will be in goal. His center-back pairing is likely to be Vincent Kompany and Joleon Lescott. Newly acquired Clichy is probable at left-back while Micah Richards could lineup on the opposite side. Nigel De Jong will probably shield his defense with Gareth Barry as the possession midfielder alongside him.

Further up the pitch, Yaya Toure likely starts and he could be flanked by David Silva and James Milner - Adam Johnson is a possibility as well. Up top, expect to see either Mario Balotelli or Edin Dzeko. Aguero is reported to have a stomach bug but he is expected to make the trip to London and he could be featured as a substitute.

AC Milan 2-1 Inter: Kevin-Prince Boateng and Zlatan Ibrahimovic complete comeback to give Serie A champions Supercoppa Italiana. Italian champions recover from going behind to an early Wesley Sneijder strike to secure victory and seal the first silverware of the season.

AC Milan beat Inter 2-1 in the Supercoppa Italiana final in an enthralling encounter which saw the Rosseneri come from a goal down to claim the trophy. Wesley Sneijder’s free-kick gave Gian Piero Gasperini’s men an early advantage. However strikes from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kevin-Prince Boateng completed the comeback as Massimiliano Allegri’s men won the first silverware of the 2011-12 season.

The match opened in frantic fashion as seconds after Wesley Sneijder’s ambitious effort flew wide, Milan counter-attacked and almost took the lead. Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s exquisite touch was met by Robinho but the Brazilian forward wasted a glorious chance by curling it past Julio Cesar’s post.

Massimiliano Allegri’s men would go on to regret that missed opportunity as Inter began to dominate proceedings. Their pressure culminated in Sneijder curling home a free-kick into Christian Abbiati’s top left corner to give the Coppa Italia winners a 1-0 lead in the 21st minute.

Inter looked to make the most of their control of the game as Samuel Eto’o and Ricky Alvarez saw efforts but neither of their efforts troubled Abbiati significantly. Ibrahimovic gave the opposition a reminder of his quality as he saw his header rebound off the post just before half-time as Inter held a deserved 1-0 lead after 45 minutes.

Milan emerged from the dressing room in a much more determined mood and they began the second period as the better team. Robinho’s skill helped tee up Clarence Seedorf but the Dutchman could only put the ball wide. However they did not have to wait long more to get back onto level terms. Robinho lofted a super ball over the Inter defence and Seedorf squared the ball for Ibrahimovic to equalise on the hour.

The comeback was complete just nine minutes later as Boateng pounced on a parry from Julio Cesar. Alexandre Pato, just on as a sub, saw his shot cannon off the post via Cesar’s hand but the Ghanaian international was on hand to follow up and make the score 2-1.

Inter looked to have snatched an equalier through Eto'o late on as they relentlessly searched for a lifeline. However the ex-Barcelona striker was judged to have been offside as he put the ball in the net.

Allegri's charges held on for the first Milan derby win of the season over their rivals in a win which is sure to fill with them confidence as they set out to retain their Serie A title this season. The champions open their Scudetto defence away to Cagliari on August 27th. Meanwhile Gasperini's men will begin their quest to reclaim the Serie A title at home to Lecce on August 28th.

Probable Line-ups

AC Milan (4-3-1-2): Abbiati; Zambrotta, Nesta, Silva, Abate; Seedorf, Van Bommel, Gattuso; Boateng; Ibrahimovic, Pato

Inter (3-4-3): Cesar; Chivu, Samuel, Ranocchia; Santon, Motta, Sneijder, Zanetti; Eto'o, Pazzini, Pandev

The new season in Italy kicks off as the winners of the country's domestic honors last season face each other in the Chinese capital, with the Super Cup trophy at stake.

The Serie A champion will be without its two new Bosman acquisitions in defensive duo Taye Taiwo, who carries over an ongoing suspension from his Marseille days, and Philippe Mexes, who is still nursing a knee injury.

Coach Massimiliano Allegri will probably opt for Gianluca Zambrotta at left back in the absence of Taiwo, and Kevin-Prince Boateng should get the nod ahead of Robinho in the central attacking-midfield berth. Ignazio Abate appears to have recovered from a flu virus in time, and should retain his place at right back.

Gian Piero Gasperini prepares to oversee his first competitive fixture in charge of the Coppa Italia holder, in which he must contend with the absences of Copa America participants Lucio, Maicon, Esteban Cambiasso and Diego Milito, plus Emiliano Viviano and Yuto Nagatomo, with the latter pair injured. Also, Dejan Stankovic has picked up a potential knee injury in a training session in China and could be unavailable.

However, goalkeeper Julio Cesar and defender Cristian Chivu keep their respective places in the side, whilst captain Javier Zanetti reclaims his place on the right-hand side, and Davide Santon comes in for the injured Nagatomo on the opposing flank. In addition, Giampaolo Pazzini comes in to lead the line, with Eto'o pushing out to the left-wing and Goran Pandev replacing Ricky Alvarez on the right.

Inter Milan And Man.City in Talk Over eto’o,Maicon,Tevez

Diposkan oleh Breaking News on Thursday, August 4, 2011

Breaking NewsInter Milan and Man.City in Talks Over Eto'o,Maicon,Tevez – souce (Goal) -- Inter prepared to sell Samuel Eto'o to Manchester City if Maicon is included in £39.1m Carlos Tevez deal. The Italian giants do not want to swap their African striker for the wantaway Argentine forward, but have placed him on the market and he could leave in a straight cash deal.

The Italian giants have told the big spending Premier League outfit that they are prepared to offer the Brazil right-back in a player-plus-cash exchange for Tevez worth €45m [£39.1m].

Inter would then be willing to sell Eto'o to the Eastlands side as president Massimo Moratti seeks to free up some finances in order to rebuild the ageing squad inherited by new coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

The development raises the possibility of Inter losing three of their top earning stars to the Premier League in one summer, with Wesley Sneijder also being wooed by Manchester United.

"Eto'o is now on the market because he is the highest earner at Inter and Moratti wants to make serious cuts. Roberto Mancini is interested in signing Eto'o," an Inter source told Goal.com

"Inter want Tevez, but are not ready to pay €45m for him. The club want to insert Maicon into the deal and value him at around €10m [£9m]. If this deal can happen then Eto'o, who is valued by Inter at €40m [£34.7m], could move to Manchester City in a straight cash deal which the club prefer."

The source added that reports of Eto'o and Gasperini falling out were wide of the mark.

"That is just rubbish. There was no fight between Eto'o and Gasperini. The situation at Inter is that no one is unsellable. Moratti wants to sort out the club's finances and getting some of the top earners off the books is key to this."

Manchester City are resigned to losing Tevez by the end of the summer but did not plan on buying another forward following the acquisition of Argentina international Sergio Aguero last month.

But Mancini has made it known that he feels that Inter's interest in Carlos Tevez gives City the ultimate bargaining chip in pushing through a deal for Eto'o, 30, whom they tried to sign three years ago.

Mancini, who alongside transfer czar Brian Marwood and technical chief Mike Rigg forms City's 'player acquisition group', is yet to convince other senior figures at the club of the merits of spending so much on Eto'o.

The Italian signed Maicon when he was Inter coach in 2006 and views the 30-year-old as an improvement on current right-backs Micah Richards and Pablo Zabaleta, as he prepares the team for their first campaign in the Champions League.

Real Madrid do not need another striker

Breaking NewsReal Madrid do not need another strikerGoal -- Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted that Real Madrid do not need to sign another striker in the summer transfer window.

Jose Mourinho's side have been linked with a number of forwards this summer, including Santos' Neymar and Manchester City's Emmanuel Adebayor, but Ronaldo is happy with the club's current attacking options.

"We don’t need to sign another forward. I think we should be happy with the line-up as it already is," Ronaldo said during a press conference, according to ESPN.
Real have already secured the services of Jose Callejon from Espanyol to bolster their attack, but Mourinho isn't satisfied with his options up front just yet, despite Ronaldo's comments, and is still hopeful of luring another forward to Santiago Bernabeu.

Madrid initially seemed to prefer Neymar, but they could turn their attention to Adebayor again following Santos president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro's remarks that the club won't sell Neymar.

Adebayor was on loan at Bernabeu for the second half of last season, scoring eight goals in 22 appearances, and has made known his desire to return to the club. Real are believed to be closely monitoring his situation and could make a bid in the region of €14 million for the striker.

Javier Zanetti ready to feature for Inter in Supercoppa Italiana clash against AC Milan after cutting short summer break. Zanetti was not expected to be back until mid-August following his participation at the Copa America with Argentina last month but he is now with the rest of the squad in China ahead of their clash with Milan in Beijing on Saturday.

"I am here now and as soon as I got the call [from Gasperini] I ran," he told Inter Channel.

Arsenal vs New York Red Bulls Match Result

Diposkan oleh Agus Ariefandy Syuhada

Breaking News -- Arsenal  vs  New York Red Bulls Match Result -- Goal.com --  Thierry Henry lifts Emirates Cup for MLS side after Bartley own goal cancels out Van Persie strike. A very quiet game is defined by goals late in either half as the Gunners squander their huge possession advantage and let slip their home trophy to their returning hero's new side. The Red Bulls were led out by the former Gunners hero to a rapturous welcome, but the fans’ new idol, Jack Wilshere, had to be withdrawn after five minutes having suffered a minor ankle knock when jumping for a header.

The first half was a slow affair. Arsenal inevitably had the greater possession but without showing any hurry to capitalise on it, instead waiting patiently for an opportunity to break through the Red Bulls defence, who sat back and left Henry isolated on his own up front.

Aaron Ramsey proved perhaps the Gunners’ most likely threat early on; he was first played through by new signing Gervinho, and, later, might have put one away after a great through pass from Van Persie put him one-on-one with Frank Rost, but he was harshly called offside and scuffed the shot.

A moment later Henry forced Szczesny into a solid save from a direct free-kick, as the game began to grow more open, Ramsey scooping a shot over the bar under pressure from Ream.

Arsenal arguably should have had a penalty when Gervinho was brought down in the area a little clumsily by Albright just before the half-hour mark, but the referee Kevin Friend was not interested and the tempo dropped further than ever.

But out of nowhere, just minutes from the break, Thomas Rosicky swung in a free-kick finding Van Persie in space to nod in a simple headed goal, with Arsenal, for a change, the beneficiaries of poor set-piece marking.

And 1-0 it was at half-time, though immediately after the opener Gervinho should have put a second away, instead allowing Rost to close him down having been set loose in the area by Rosicky.

Van Persie had a chance to liven up a sleepy second half with a second goal when Benik Afobe’s run to the left byline nearly found him in space, but Ream arrived just in time to cut him off.

New York could not muster a serious counterattack and Arsenal continued to probe quietly, with Van Persie looking the most likely to conjure a second before his withdrawal after 65 minutes.

Shortly after, on a rare foray forward for the Red Bulls, Henry tried to angle a shot across Szczesny cutting inside from the left, but it was an easy stop for the Polish keeper.

With Van Persie and Gervinho off the pitch the inspiration was largely out of the game and both sides seemed content to settle for a 1-0 result in a tranquil second period.

But suddenly, with six minutes remaining, a great Henry pass saw Miller burst into the box and dink his shot over Szczesny, but the substitute Bartley knocked the ball into his own net to hand New York an undeserved equaliser and the trophy.

Sneijer tells City he’d Prefer to Join United

Diposkan oleh Agus Ariefandy Syuhada

Breaking News -- Sneijer tells City he’d Prefer to Join United -- source(Goal.com) -- United had indicated in negotiations with Inter that they were willing to meet the Italian club's £35m valuation of the playmaker.

But Sneijder is holding out for £200,000-a-week, which is beyond the £170,000 wage United want to offer, and the Old Trafford club have told the Serie A giants they can now only pay £24m if they are to offer a package attractive enough to capture the 27-year-old.

Talks have stalled as all three parties maintain their stances, although sources in the UK and Italy have told Goal.com that the deal is still alive.

United still want to make Sneijder their showpiece signing of the summer after moves for Luka Modric and Samir Nasri collapsed, while Inter are ready to cash in on a player no longer considered indispensable by new manager Gian Piero Gasperini.

City also enquired about the Holland international but were told that he wants to go to their bitter rivals.

"Sneijder wants to play for Manchester United because of their prestige and tradition, which meant City never really followed up their interest," a source close to the situation told Goal.com. "City were also put off by Inter's asking price, which is also a problem for United because of his salary expectations.

"United have told Inter they will pay £24m for Sneijder. Inter have said they want £35m although they could be willing to sell for £30m."

Goal.com revealed earlier this month that Nike, who sponsor Sneijder, Inter and Manchester United, could be prepared to make up the shortfall in wages, but it is unknown whether they will go ahead with such a venture.

Sneijder's future will have a direct bearing on Carlos Tevez's hopes of securing a switch from Etihad Stadium to Serie A.

As revealed by Goal.com, Inter are ready to up their interest in Tevez if they are confident they can secure the funds from Sneijder moving to Old Trafford.

The Argentine's representative Kia Joorabchian was in Milan on Thursday to hold talks with Inter officials. The Serie A club do not have the funds to buy Tevez without first selling one of their prize assets - even if City lower their asking price to £40m - but Inter staff believe the striker will be an ideal fit for the team's new three-striker system.
