11 Killed in Bomb Explosion Metro

Minsk - An explosion ripped the train metro station in Belarus. The blast happened near the home of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and killed 11 people and wounding 100 other people.

Suspected terror blast is addressed to President Lukashenko. Incidents enough attention because it occurred in the Oktyabrskaya metro station in Minsk, which is very dense and busy.

President Lukashenko confirmed the death toll reached 11 people. after the incident, Lukashenko immediately perform emergency meeting with members of his cabinet.

According to Lukashenko terror bombing was carried out by his political opponents. But he was reluctant to mention the political opponent whom he meant. Lukashenko has accused his political opponents are trying to shake the regime's rule.

"I warned them (the terrorists) will never let us live in peace," Lukashenko said as quoted by AFP on Tuesday (12/04/2011).

"The government is faced with serious challenges. We will continue to respond strongly," he continued.

Top of this explosion, Lukashenko ordered the head of the KGB to conduct investigations and take actions to consider hard to see clear detail on this attack. Himself had insisted that the perpetrators must be caught blasting.
