Premier League trio eyeing Barca striker

BARCELONA - end of season transfer window opened failed, but a number of clubs has been directing its radar on a target player. Premier League trio reportedly targeting Barcelona striker's B.

Like the Sport reported on Thursday (07/04/2011), Blackburn Rovers, Fulham and West Ham United began guerrilla to secure the signature of Jonathan Soriano, who is currently defending team Barcelona B.

One opportunity is open for the third English club, because the contract Spanish-born striker, 25 years ago, certainly expired in the summer. No wonder the former Espanyol academy built linked with a move to England.

Soriano began his senior career with the team Espanyol B, in 2001. Then in January 2009, the striker who has a height 180 cm Albacete Balompie recruited until the end of the season, before returning to the Catalan and join Barca.

Throughout this season, Soriano has posted 21 goals over 26 times as a starter Barca team that competed in Division II of Spain. Of the total 63 appearances, the striker who had undergone loans in Almeria has been collecting 42 goals.
