Start the French UN troops & Launch Attacks

Abidjan - Forces of the United Nations (UN) and the French began firing weapons at the base of the ruler of Ivory Coast.
Soldiers began to land near urban areas where homes are Ivorian authorities.

No fewer troops Alassane Quattara elected supporters continue to drop Laurent Gbagbo who lost the elections last November. Quattara troops continued to control the cities outside of Abidjan.

Now with the help of international troops, the troops approached the heart of the city Quattara able to come closer to home Gbagbo. Troops had surrounded Quattara even Gbagbo's residence and waited for the president who lost the election, to step down from his post.

Head of UN Peace Force Alain Le Roy acknowledged international forces surrounded the house of Laurent Gbagbo. He also said that the operation uses a full arsenal. But until now these weapons has not been fully used.

"There's no point in shooting at the presidential palace when not using the full arsenal," said Le Roy as quoted by the Associated Press, Tuesday (04/05/2011).

"But we continue to monitor the use of these weapons, including artillery being used,"said Le Roy.

Post-election last November, hundreds of people were reportedly killed. Most of the victims killed were supporters and riot Quattara also forced one million people fled the Ivory Coast.
