British bomb Libyan oilfield

Tripoli - Libya's Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Kaim accused Britain bombed Libya's largest oil field in Al-Sarir on Wednesday 6 April.

"British fighter jet attacked the oil fields of Al-Sarir. Three people were killed and injured several workers place the oil fields," Kaim said as quoted by AFP on Thursday (04/07/2011).

Air strikes caused heavy damage to the oil pipeline linking Al-Sarir with Tobruk Harbour. As is known Tobruk Harbour is now controlled by opposition forces Libya.

Libyan government spokesman Ibrahim Mussa declared that oil fields are controlled by troops loyal to Khadafi. The opposition alleges that it itself Libyan troops who did the bombing of this oil field.

Meanwhile, after the opposition controlled Libya, a tanker containing crude oil, are distributed from Tobruk for the first time on Wednesday.
The ships are already docked at the port to fill the cargo of crude oil that reached $ 100 million or approximately Rp865, 2 billion (Rp8, 652 per dollar).

Distribution of oil is the first time since the opposition control of Tobruk. They not only continue the previous orders, but also distribute the new oil order.
